We had a great time Splish-Splashing Singalong at the Hillsboro, Ore. Main Library. My volunteers were able to get a couple of good pictures taken before the camera battery died. Didn't stop the fun!
That afternoon, the Shute Branch Library sponsored a concert in Shute Park.
The battery came back for a brief time, as volunteers in the audience learned how to play the spoons.
The concert was coordinated with an amazing, summer-long program sponsored by Hillsboro Park and Recreation. Wednesday's activities included a water slide, badminton, and picnic lunch for hundreds of kids and their families.
